Q: Where are you based, and do you travel?
I’m based in Nottinghamshire, but I love to travel! Travel fees may apply for locations outside Nottinghamshire.

Q: How far in advance should I book?
To secure your date, I recommend booking at least 1 months in advance, especially for weddings or peak season events.

Q: How many photos will I receive?
The number of photos varies by session, but you can expect around 50–100 edited images per hour of coverage.

Q: Do you retouch the photos?
Yes! All final images are professionally edited for colour correction, lighting, and composition. Advanced retouching (skin, background, etc.) is available upon request.

Q: How will I receive my photos?
You’ll receive a private online gallery where you can view, download, and share your photos in high resolution. USB delivery is available upon request.

🎥 Videography

Q: What’s included in your video packages?
All video packages include professional filming, cinematic editing, lighting, and colour grading. Drone footage are optional add-ons.

Q: Can I choose the music for my video?
Absolutely! I use licensed music to ensure your video can be shared online safely, but you can share your preferences for genre or vibe.

💳 Booking & Payment

Q: How do I book a session?
Simply fill out the contact form on my website or email me at Gainekallam@gmail.com I’ll confirm availability and send a booking form and deposit invoice.

Q: What’s your payment policy?
A 30–50% deposit is required to secure your date, with the balance due before final delivery. Payments can be made via bank transfer

Q: What is your cancellation or reschedule policy?
Deposits are non-refundable but transferable if you reschedule at least 14 days in advance.

Q: How long does it take to receive the final photos/videos?
Standard turnaround time is 2–4 weeks for photos and 2–4 weeks for videos, depending on the project’s size and season.

Q: Can I request speedy delivery?
Yes! speedy delivery is available for an additional fee, depending on the project timeline.
